The Ancient Ruins Treasure Chamber can be found north of the Gigante's room. The doors to the Treasure Chamber will open after you slay the Gigante.
Inside the Treasure Chamber Edit
Inside the Ancient Ruins Treasure Chamber, you will find x3 red treasure chests as well as x1 Wicked Box and x2 Mimics.
