Noelia (JapaneseJapanese: ノーラ Nōra) is the daughter of Divinus and Celestia. She is the younger twin sister of Yuelia. She is the most organised and most knowledgeable out of the two sisters. Sometimes she comes across as being tough and mean to people such as her sister, but she is really a softie. When she is first met hurrying after Yuelia as a butterfly in the Aradian Desert, she is worried about whatever she must be doing. Sometimes she comes across as being tough and mean but she is really a softie.
Just like Yuelia, she gathers wishes in order to save Reveria along with Yuelia. She misses her mother greatly ever since she had passed away.
Appearance
Just like Yuelia, Noelia has the same hairstyle (with two long ponytails) as her but with a purple color. She wears a small cloak that is black and a hood that goes over her head. She also wears some sort of necklace that is purple and shaped like diamonds that go all around her neck. On her cloak is a white crescent moon with a gold outline on her coat. The same thing goes for her sleeves as well. On Noelia's dress, it is tied with some sort of belt. There is also a red piece of clothing on her dress with more gold outlining, that goes past her knees. She also wears black sandals with no socks. Unlike Yuelia, she has yellow eyes and a regular oval shaped cornea.
Personality
Noelia is rather organized and knowledgeable unlike her sister who is scatter-brained and forgetful. She seems to be in charge of a lot of things, but is often called cry baby since she used to cry a lot when she was younger. She may also not admit some things. When she and Yuelia were crying during their time at Lunares once Yuelia asked if she was crying she said it was because of allergies (also including that Divinus never dusts his place). Noelia can also be quite mysterious due to her dark clothing. As a butterfly she looks just like Flutter*, but with orange and black.
