This cold, snowy area is found near the very top of Mt Snowpeak. At the very top you can purchase Mountain Spring water from the travelling vendor there.

Fishing Spot[]
There is only one fishing spot on the summit, where the player will either find regular fish or the Coldwater Tuna. If the wrong type of fish spawns, the player can reset the zone by sleeping, or "refresh" it by moving away two areas and returning, which can be easily done by having the Guide Paladin at the summit take the player to the East Grassy Plains and then having the Guide Paladin there take them back.
