Farming
Since King Gel is used in numerous amounts of recipes, especially for the Alchemist life, it is good to have a method of quickly obtaining King Gel. Given that Jellking respawns each time you exit and re-enter Deepsea Cave, you can easily farm large amounts of King Gel by defeating Jellking continuously and having him respawn each time you exit and re-enter the cave. Turning in the bounty for Jellking isn't necessary, as he has a chance of dropping King Gel on death, but you can turn in the bounty if you want an additional chance (90%) of obtaining more King Gel.
