Greatsword Skill is the player's level of skill with two handed swords. This skill increases as the player attacks enemies using a greatsword. (Increases faster while playing as the Mercenary life) longer combos result in a greater amount of experience earned.
With each level gained, the player's attack with greatswords increase, and they gain access to even more powerful greatswords.This skill is gained through becoming a Fledgling Mercenary.
The maximum level for the Greatsword Skill is 15. If the downloadable content (Origin Island) is purchased, the player's maximum skill level will increase to 20.
