Bounty

The characters and their bounties.

Bounties are overworld items from Fantasy Life. They appear when the avatar defeats a boss in the form of a fish, ore, tree, or monster. Things that drop bounties are usually marked by crowns next to their names.

After retrieving a bounty, the avatar must carry it back to a guild office or an overworld bounty clerk to receive a reward, which varies depending on which bounty is brought back. Bounties must be escorted manually by the player, as the player cannot 'teleport' via the map or dash while carrying one. However, the player can ride a mount. Bounties may be destroyed by enemies (many of which will directly target any bounties they see) or by the avatar's own attacks and are automatically dropped when dashing, dropping only the final bounty in the chain, or when a weapon is drawn, dropping all bounties. Only 3 bounties may exist on the map at once and be carried by the avatar - if a fourth appears, the oldest bounty will be lost (If the avatar is already carrying three bounties at the moment a fourth appears, the newest one will be immediately lost instead).

The crown next to an object's name also indicates which kind of bounty it drops. Objects marked with silver crowns will drop white bags, which are more common, and objects marked with golden crowns will drop red bags, which are rarer and tend to be more valuable. Enemies with silver crowns can drop wooden or silver boxes, and enemies with gold crowns will drop golden boxes.

                                TIPS

•To save bounties for a while, you defeat bosses to get 3 bounties.

•Then, you save. Do NOT cash them in,or let go of them.

•Then when you exit the game, the bounties will still be there.

Do this as many times as you want
